A Beauty therapist works in one of the largest, trusted, professional and continually expanding industries within the Hair and Beauty Sector. Beauty Therapists provide vital one-on-one Beauty Therapy services while upholding the organisation's image, financial health, and reputation. They execute all responsibilities and treatments within the occupational role's boundaries, adhering to legal, industry, and organisational standards, and completing tasks within commercially reasonable timeframes. They conduct themselves with professionalism, working independently, and adhere to strict safety practices with a high degree of accuracy..

Employer Commitment:

An employer must be prepared to provide the learner with the opportunity to carry out work and be part of projects which will enable the learner to produce substantial evidence towards their qualiPcation. In order to ensure the successful progression of the learner we request that employers participate in joint reviews of the learner’s progress at regular intervals throughout the apprenticeship. This ensures continued and positive progress through the apprenticeship. It will also provide the opportunity to discuss and agree on how any issues are to be resolved and how additional stretching and challenging activities can be built in.

Course Duration:

15 months (this does not include EPA period).The apprenticeship will typically take between 12 and 15 months to complete.

Eligibility:

You must achieve Level 2 English and Maths prior to taking the end-point assessment.
